At the Lavender Farm

When I grow up, I want land.

 Lots of land.

Like, a butt load of land.

I want plants and goats and fruits and trees and veggies and cats and maybe a pony, too.

That's what I want when I grow up.

But until I've created my own fantasy boutique marie antoinette farm, Yule Love It lavender farm can show me how it's done.

Such a lovely little place!  Several varieties of lavender, and all in blossom.

Bees buzzing.

You smell it as soon as you step out of the car.

There are chickens, too.  And butterflies.

And a small gift shop.

And a small...bake shop.

Some day I too will have a bake shop and a few acres on which to grow my very favorite plant (lavender?  maybe now?) and nothing else because that is what I feel like doing and for no other reason.

Until then I will kick back with a big scoop of lavender-lemon-honey ice cream and dream about it.

This place looks amazing! Thanks for your comment on my piece about Oh Comely magazine. I don't know if it is available in the states, but if I were there I would definitely look into this magazine: as it looks to have a similar goal of enhancing rather than diminishing your life!
