Taza Chocolate

My baby sick.  We're gonna sit on the couch and watch episode after episode of Parks and Recreation.

But before we do, I just wanted to share with you that the best chocolate I've ever had was in Oaxaca, Mexico.

And the chocolate I've found in the states that most closely resembles that chocolate is Taza brand.

It's crumbly and gritty, like the raw choco-batter I tasted down there.

It's got just a touch of sugar, to keep the bitterness from being overwhelming.

You can melt and drink it or just eat it straight.

It's real good.  It tastes like the real thing.

No one is paying me to say this.

But you know, if you wanted to, Taza people, I'm right here.

Waiting.

Hello there. I came to your blog through the comment you left on mine. Nice to find you!
I have never tasted Mexican chocolate but I have always been intrigued by it. It's a little difficult to find it in Europe, but I hope one day I'll get to taste it.
